Better workforce decisions, with clarity, trust, and evidence.

WorkingDaat is the workforce practice and advisory work of Funke Olawale.

It exists to improve how organisations make everyday workforce decisions, from recruitment and scheduling to performance, communication, and change. The focus is not on quick fixes, but on designing workforce practices that are workable, fair, and sustainable over time.

My approach is shaped by over a decade of experience in workforce administration and management, working closely with recruitment processes, performance systems, rota management, internal communication, project support, and training. This operational grounding is what drives my interest in improving workforce practices as work changes through AI, remote and hybrid models, and wider social and economic pressures.

How I Work

Most workplace problems are not caused by people alone.
They emerge from misaligned systems, unclear decisions, and information that isn’t being used well.

WorkingDaat focuses on understanding how work is actually organised and experienced, then improving the practices that sit underneath it.

I work through a simple, disciplined cycle:

Understand → Design → Test → Refine

This means listening carefully to people, examining workforce systems and data, and co-designing changes that make sense in real operating conditions, not ideal ones.

Areas of Practice

Rather than offering generic services, my work centres on a set of connected workforce practices.

Workforce Operations and Systems

Designing and improving the everyday systems that support work, including workforce data, scheduling, communication flows, and performance monitoring.

Recruitment and Workforce Alignment

Supporting recruitment and workforce planning decisions that consider role design, capability, workload, and longer-term fit, not just hiring speed.

Onboarding and Transitions

Helping organisations design early-stage workforce experiences that reduce confusion, support learning, and set realistic expectations.

Team and Leadership Practice

Working with teams and leaders on how decisions are made, communicated, and followed through, particularly in moments of pressure or change.

Employee Relations and Engagement

Supporting fair, transparent, and trust-aware approaches to conflict, engagement, and workforce change.

Learning and Capability Development

Linking training and development to real workforce needs, operational realities, and performance outcomes.

Knowledge Intelligence

At the centre of WorkingDaat is a simple idea:
Most organisations already know more than they realise.

The problem is not a lack of information, but how knowledge is surfaced, shared, and used.

Knowledge Intelligence is the practice of:

  • recognising what people and systems already reveal
  • organising that knowledge into usable structures
  • applying it consistently in decision-making

In practice, this means turning data, experience, and observation into routines that support clearer choices, better coordination, and more trustworthy workforce decisions.

Why WorkingDaat

  • Grounded
Built from real workforce administration and operational experience.
  • Evidence-led
Informed by research, data, and careful analysis, not trends.
  • People-aware
Designed around how people actually work, decide, and respond.
  • Sustainable
Focused on practices that hold up over time, not short-term fixes.

Working Better, Quietly

WorkingDaat is for organisations and leaders who want to improve workforce practice without performance theatre.

If you’re looking to think more clearly about how work is organised, how decisions are made, and how systems support or undermine people, this is where that work begins. grow.
